Over the last 5 years I've worked with hundreds of women. I've noticed the hardest time for us is summer. We have so many social events, maybe a holiday and lots of BBQs and other impromptu meet ups. How on earth are you supposed to commit to training 5 times a week, nailing 10k steps a day and remembering to log your protein, all while living your best life? Well the short answer to that is, you can't.

That's why I've created Summer Survival. Because we can have it all. We can commit to our goals and still enjoy our lives. 

In this programme you will receive access to quick home workouts, the support and plan you need to manoeuvre big events like holidays, weekends away etc but also a community of women all in the same boat. Fighting for their lives and trying not to drown.

I have been training with Scarlett for around 15 months now. When I started, I was in a poor state mentally – I had terrible anxiety, low energy and was desperately unhappy with my body image. I knew I had to do something about it and reached out to Scarlett on her social media. Since then, I have never looked back! I have consistently trained every single week. Since joining Scarlett's coaching, I have found a new level of training that I never thought I would be able to do.
